We visited Toronto for the first time since July 2023. We were very lucky with the weather and had a great time visiting Malcolm and Steff, and lots of walking around the city centre.

Younge Street busy as ever.

You can tell we’re in North America!

Sweet!

Lovely geese artwork in the Eaton Centre.

Poutine! Yum!

Waiting for Malcolm before the game

Last game of the season for the Blue Jays.

Happy spectators

They won! Into the post season now …

We walked a bit in places we’d not been before. The centre of Toronto is fascinating for the lovely mix of old and new.

Down by the lake again.

Toronto in full Halloween mode

More old and new

We visited a fascinating Titanic exhibition with Malcolm and Steff. Some wonderful recovered artifacts and reconstructions there.

Reproduction of the grand staircase in the ship

We had a lovely walk around the University area not far from the hotel.

It’s an area with lots of lovely open space, right in the city.

I had to take a photo of Trinity College Chapel! Not as nice as the original of course 🙂

Toronto in the fall can be lovely.
