The top four and bottom four sympathetic strings now replaced. A lovely gold colour! (They are brass.)
They look nice and so far work well. Note the (excess!) graphite used to lubricate the nut!
The brass strings come from Malcolm Rose. I use them for the wire harp so have miles of the stuff of different sizes.
