I thought the tide might be OK for a last visit to Killantringan, but it was a bit too far in, so I headed off to Port Logan. As ever, it was just beautiful, and hardly anyone on the beach. Certainly no-one else in the sea!
The water at 14C was actually warmer than the air temperature, which was only about 11C. As always, the water was crystal clear.
I did swim too, quite a bit!
Not too many months before I can be back in there again!
