Greaseproof paper and foil lids on

I’ve been parsimonious this year and made four smaller ones instead of three bigger ones So it’s now about 6 or 7 hours at 100C.

boiling
Then boil … and boil … and boil …

So I don’t have to do this again for four years 🙂
